No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for your appointment without any prior notice will result in a charge for 100% of the scheduled service price.
The appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and missed appointments affect both my schedule and other clients.
You will not be able to reschedule until the no-show fee has been paid in full.
After three no-show appointments, I may kindly ask you to seek another lash artist who might be a better fit for your needs.
Late Arrival Policy
Punctuality is important for providing the best service and achieving 100% lash coverage.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
This will be considered a no-show. Unfortunately, arriving late impacts the quality of your service and the timing of my next client.
After three no-show or late appointments, I may kindly recommend another lash artist who may better accommodate your scheduling needs.
Non-Refundable Services
All services are non-refundable. I take great care in providing quality results, but individual lash retention and skin reactions can vary based on personal aftercare, lifestyle, and natural lash health.
If you experience any concerns, please notify me within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss potential solutions.
Late Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will require payment of 100% of the scheduled service price.
All cancellations are recorded. If last-minute changes become a recurring issue, I may ask you to find another lash artist.
I understand that life happens, and I offer grace for true emergencies—please communicate with me as soon as possible if something unexpected arises.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service if:
You have contraindications that make the service unsafe (e.g., eye infections, lash damage).
You arrive with lashes from another artist that are not in healthy condition, and you refuse a removal.
You repeatedly fail to follow my booking, lateness, or cancellation policies.
You display disrespectful or inappropriate behavior at any time.
Appointment Confirmation & Reminders
All appointments are confirmed through text or email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please reach out to ensure your appointment is secured.
A reminder will be sent 24–48 hours before your scheduled time—this is your opportunity to reschedule if needed to avoid cancellation fees.
