By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from LASHFOX (“LASHFOX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not book services or use this website.

1. Scope of Services

LASHFOX provides professional lash services only. Services are cosmetic in nature and are not medical treatments. No medical advice is provided or implied.

Results vary by individual. LASHFOX makes no guarantees regarding results, retention, or longevity of services.

2. Client Eligibility & Mandatory Disclosure

Clients must be at least eighteen (18) years of age unless written parental consent is provided.

You are solely responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, eye conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, or recent cosmetic procedures prior to your appointment.

Failure to disclose such information waives any claim against LASHFOX for adverse reactions, injury, or unsatisfactory results.

3. Patch Tests & Assumption of Risk

Patch tests are recommended for new clients and clients with known sensitivities.

By declining a patch test, you expressly assume all risks associated with allergic reactions, irritation, or adverse outcomes. LASHFOX is not liable for reactions occurring during or after services.

4. Appointments & Reserved Time

All appointments are reserved exclusively for the client who books them. Missed, late, or canceled appointments directly impact business operations and other clients.

By booking, you agree to comply with all appointment-related policies outlined below.

5. No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • Outstanding no-show fees must be paid in full before booking any future appointment.

  • After three (3) no-show appointments, LASHFOX reserves the right to permanently refuse future bookings.

6. Late Arrival Policy

Punctuality is required to ensure service quality and client safety.

  • Arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes late will result in immediate cancellation of the appointment.

  • The full service price (100%) will be charged.

  • Late arrivals exceeding fifteen (15) minutes are classified as no-shows.

After three (3) late arrivals and/or no-shows, LASHFOX reserves the right to refuse future services without exception.

7. Late Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

All cancellations are documented. Repeated late cancellations constitute a violation of booking policies and may result in refusal of future appointments.

Emergency exceptions are granted solely at LASHFOX’s discretion and require prompt communication.

8. Payments, Fees & Outstanding Balances

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

Any cancellation, late, or no-show fees must be paid before future bookings are accepted. Failure to remit payment may result in permanent refusal of service.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

9. Strict No-Refund Policy

All services are final and non-refundable.

Variations in lash retention, results, or skin sensitivity are normal and influenced by aftercare, lifestyle, and natural lash health. These factors do not constitute grounds for refunds.

Concerns must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of the appointment for review. Remedies, if any, are offered solely at LASHFOX’s discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

10. Aftercare Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for adhering to all aftercare instructions provided verbally or in writing.

LASHFOX assumes no liability for compromised results, damage, or reactions caused by failure to follow proper aftercare.

11. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

LASHFOX reserves the unconditional right to refuse or discontinue service at any time, including but not limited to situations involving:

  • Contraindications or conditions that make services unsafe

  • Poor lash health from prior services where removal is refused

  • Repeated policy violations

  • Disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior

Refusal of service does not entitle the client to a refund.

12. Appointment Confirmations & Client Responsibility

Appointments are confirmed via text or email. Failure to receive confirmation does not relieve the client of responsibility for attendance.

Automated reminders are sent 24–48 hours prior to the appointment as a courtesy only. The client remains solely responsible for managing their appointment time.

13. Limitation of Liability & Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless LASHFOX, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from services rendered, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, and imagery are the exclusive property of LASHFOX and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent.

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in California courts.

16. Modifications & Continued Use

LASHFOX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
