Refund Policy

LASHFOX values your time and is committed to providing high-quality, professional lash services. The following policies are in place to ensure fairness, respect, and consistency for all clients.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

Non-Refundable Services

All services are non-refundable.

I take great care in providing quality results; however, individual lash retention, skin sensitivity, and reactions may vary based on personal aftercare, lifestyle, and natural lash health.

If you experience any concerns, you must notify me within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss potential solutions. Refunds will not be issued.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Missed appointments affect my schedule and limit availability for other clients.

  • You will not be able to reschedule until the no-show fee has been paid in full.

  • After three (3) no-show appointments, I may kindly ask you to seek another lash artist who may be a better fit for your needs.

Late Arrival Policy

Punctuality is essential to provide the best service and achieve optimal lash coverage.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • This will be considered a no-show.

Late arrivals compromise service quality and impact subsequent clients.

After three (3) no-show or late appointments, I may kindly recommend another lash artist who may better accommodate your scheduling needs.

Late Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will require payment of 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • All cancellations are recorded.

  • If last-minute cancellations become a recurring issue, I may ask you to find another lash artist.

I understand that life happens and offer grace for true emergencies. Please communicate as soon as possible if something unexpected arises.

Appointment Confirmation & Reminders

All appointments are confirmed via text or email.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation, it is your responsibility to reach out to ensure your appointment is secured.

  • A reminder will be sent 24–48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This is your opportunity to reschedule if needed and avoid cancellation fees.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service at any time if:

  • You have contraindications that make the service unsafe (including, but not limited to, eye infections or compromised lash health).

  • You arrive with lashes from another artist that are not in healthy condition and refuse a recommended removal.

  • You repeatedly fail to comply with booking, lateness, cancellation, or payment policies.

  • You display disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.

Policy Agreement

By booking an appointment with LASHFOX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
