Things come up, we get it! If you give at least a 24 hour notice that you need to make a change or cancel your existing appointment, you won't be charged for your held spot. Although, if you fail to give at least a 24 hour notice you will be asked to pay for 100% of the service price scheduled.
If you make an appointment, we are trusting that you will show up. 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time and you will be marked as a no show. Failure to show will result in 100% charge fee of the service price that was scheduled. LASHFOX reserves this spot for you as a courtesy and we won't accept any further appointments until you have been charged appropriately for your previous.
Unfortunately LASHFOX can no longer accommodate tardy appointments. 15 minutes past your scheduled time and you will be asked to reschedule for another date. You will also be considered a "no-show" and charged a fee for the service price that was scheduled. Three "no-show" appointments and you will be asked to find another lash artist who might be a better fit for you.
After scheduling your appointment, you will be sent a consent form to the email address that was provided. Please read, initial and send it back prior to our scheduled time together. This ensures that you have read, understand and comply with my policies regarding proper aftercare maintenance, cancellations, fees, no shows and late arrivals listed below. If this consent for is not signed prior to service, you will be asked to sign it the day of and this will cut into our time lashing time together. Coming in with clean natural lashes and extensions are crucial to proper application. Upon arrival, if you have makeup or lashes that have not been properly cleaned, you will be asked to clean them prior to your appointment. This will cut in to our lashing time together and it is very important to keep up a regimen for clean lashes at home.
